Which products should be used for anti ageing?

For Anti-Aging we recommend our Age Defence Vitamin A cream, AHA 20% Anti-Aging Serum, Day Defence Moisturiser and our Vitamin C Antioxidant Serum. These all help to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and ageing skin.

Which D’lumiere products are recommended for acne prone skin?

We recommend the Deep Purifying Cleanser to remove impurities and clean the skin, and the AHA 20% Oily Skin solution to exfoliate the skin and improve Acne flare ups by exfoliation.

I have bad pigmentation what products should I be using?

We recommend the Lightening Essence Solution to reduce the appearance of discolouration in the skin and the AHA 20% Anti-Aging serum to help exfoliate the skin. Both work together to help lighten appearance of pigmentation. We also recommend the Day Defence Moisturiser to help protect the skin for UV damage.

Is the complete D’lumiere system suitable for men and women?

Yes. All products can be used for both Men and Women.

Can I use all my D’lumiere products safely during pregnancy?

As the products are very active and strong, it is recommended that only the cleanser to be used during pregnancy as a precaution. Vitamin A is the only product with proven possible risks when used during pregnancy.

Are all products made in Australia?

Yes they are made in Sydney.

How strong are the active ingredients in D’lumiere?

The active ingredients are very strong. We have the highest percentage of Vitamin C and AHA that is allowed to be in homecare cosmetic products.

Does D’lumiere use parabens in their products?

No, we are proud that all our products are free of nasties.

We aim to have your order delivered as soon as possible. Shipments leave the warehouse every week day. Orders placed on Saturday will be processed on Monday.

How Do I Track My Order?
On shipment of your order, you can email us to request a unique tracking number.
You can use this number to track your order via Australia Post.
How Can I Return a Product?
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns to faulty goods as long as they are unopened and in the original packaging.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
We cannot accept returns if you have an adverse reaction to the product. We always recommend trying a small test patch on yourself to build up a tolerance overtime.
